God is Good... All the Time!
After years of youth ministry, I get triggered, erm flashbacks of large groups of kids screaming back "All the time!" every time I hear "God is good!". I used to jokingly tell me youth minister, "Isn't this kinda like using God's name to tell kids to shut up?" The truth is that we can get so used to saying things like this nonchalantly forgetting the depth of the message.
God IS good... ALL the time. Is he?
He's got the whole world, in his hands. Does he?
God IS LOVE. Do I believe, feel, sense, whatever this?
Do I live as if all of this is true? Trusting his plan? Trusting. Trusting? Ooof.
